Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced NAV/Business Central Functional Consultant with a proven track record of 2-3 end-to-end implementations.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of key modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Retail, and/or Manufacturing.
This role requires expertise in configuring and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central to meet the specific needs of our clients and ensure the successful delivery of ERP solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Implementation:
    • Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of NAV/Business Central implementations, from initial requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and configure the system accordingly.
  • Module Expertise:
    • Apply deep knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Retail, and/or Manufacturing modules to configure and optimize the system.
    • Ensure that module functionalities are aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Business Process Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes and requirements.
    • Design and document solutions that address specific business needs and improve operational efficiency.
  • System Configuration and Customization:
    • Configure Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central to support business processes and objectives.
    • Implement customizations as needed to enhance system capabilities and functionality.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Develop and execute testing plans to ensure the system meets client specifications and is free of defects.
    • Address any issues identified during testing and implement necessary fixes.
  • Training and Support:
    • Provide training to end-users on system features, functionalities, and best practices.
    • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arise post-implementation.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and business processes.
    • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.
