  • Will be involved into project management and implementing client SSO.
  • Work with Relationship Management to coordinate meetings with client.
  • Work with client technical teams to plan data exchange and testing Troubleshoot any issues that arise from setup Okta Change Management.
  • Manage any upgrades to Okta widget Keep track of Okta changes and escalate decisions on new features when needed Track and update settings changes.
  • General Support - Act as 1st level SME and triage support tickets for engineering team Work on support tickets as available during business hours - no on-call expected Suggest enhancements to automation and/support processes

  • Okta, Auth & Identity Management Solutions.
  • 5. yrs of work experience in project management and implementing client SSO.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Product line similar to Okta would work as well.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
